Pizzapannu

The rim on this pan is just the right height, so my pizza slides off easily when it’s done. I’ve used it three times this week for both baking and serving, and cleanup takes less than a minute.

Baked two pizzas back to back on this and cleanup took under a minute, the surface releases everything without scrubbing. It's sturdy enough that I don't worry about warping in the oven, and it doubles as a serving tray straight to the table.

The pan's flat surface gave my homemade dough an even, crispy bottom that my old baking sheet never managed. Cleanup was just a quick wipe since nothing stuck, even with extra cheese dripping over the edge.
