The surface barely shows a mark even after a month of daily chopping, and it’s noticeably harder than my old plastic board. Cleanup is quick since it doesn’t soak up juices, though I do wish it came in a slightly larger option.

I was skeptical about bamboo after years of plastic boards, but this one’s barely showing any knife marks, and clean-up is a breeze since it drinks in almost no moisture.

The bamboo surface has stayed totally smooth after weeks of daily chopping, and cleanup is just a quick wipe since nothing seems to soak in. It fits the oven slot perfectly, too.
