I was skeptical about the 7.5" quick release handle, but it’s genuinely sturdy—no wobble when I pulled the pan out of a 500°F oven. The carbon steel’s already developing a nice seasoning after two focaccias, and the deep walls held a thick layer of toppings without a spill.
